2011 South Bay Showdown

Not very many automotive clubs can say their car show season goes until mid December. Many folks on the east coast have prepped their vehicles for the winter hibernation months ago. Well here in Southern California, Ford and Mustang car shows go all year round. Today the Beach Cities Mustang Club held their annual South Bay Showdown hosted at the South Bay Ford dealership.

The legendary 15-time NHRA Funny Car world champion John Force welcomed all of Southern California to his 14th annual Holiday Car Show at the John Force Racing headquarters and museum in Yorba Linda, California. The event benefited California Highway Patrol’s CHiPs for Kids toy drive. The car show was open to all sports cars, street rods, classics, trucks, muscle cars, and exotics.
