This was my first time with the Motorgen group, a car club of all makes and models. This was their Rim of the World Cruise. Mountain carving. Lake Big Bear. Good Times.
The sweltering August heat couldn’t keep forty-seven die-hard Ford fans from participating in Cherokee Ford of Alpharetta’s Show-And-Shine on Saturday. There’s nothing like helping a new dealership celebrate its Grand Opening, and the Georgia Regional Mustang Club was all too willing to lend a hand.
Marconi Museum is a non-profit organization featuring a private collection of historical, classic and exotic cars. First opened in 1994 by Founder Dick Marconi, this Non-Profit Museum and Special Event Venue has an impressive 30 million-dollar collection of historical, exotic, and classic cars.

This was a small show.I think it was the first year that this event took place, it was nice and quite right there on a main road going through LaJolla Ca. I must say the cars were nice but when the occasional Ferrari, Aston Martin and Maserati drove by my attention was drawn to those. No pictures thou, for this is a Ford site. Hopefully next year it will grow bigger.
There were a lot of beautiful cars there tonight. Some you might have seen from before but the Cobras and Panteras were spectacular. One of the greatest ongoing traditions in San Diego County, Cruisin’ Grand in Escondido runs for six spectacular months.
Cars and Coffee is a weekly show at in the parking lot between the Mazda and Taco Bell buildings in Irvine. Ford’s Irvine offices used to be where Taco Bell now is. The show begins at around 6 AM in the morning…just in time for coffee. I’m usually still sleeping.
Hillbank Motor Sports held its Open House today that was attended by loyal customers and high performance auto enthusiasts alike. It was CoolFords first time visiting the Hillbank shop and we were impressed!
6th Annual Cops and Rodders Car show, presented by The San Diego Police Historical Society. This was the first year for the show to be at the old NTC (Naval Training Center) here in San Diego, this show was so popular that in 5 years it out grew their old show grounds in North Park.
