There’s a first time for everything and last weekend in downtown Los Angeles, competing in the 2012 X Games was the proverbial notch in the belt for CoolFords & David Binks. This year marked the 10th consecutive year the event was held in Los Angeles.
David Binks in the Best Buy/Serve from American Express experienced a tough debut in the Global RallyCross Championship but still came away with 7th overall in the race for the Global RallyCross Championship.
Olsbergs MotorSport Evolution (OMSE) and a few well known sponsors hosted a launch party for their drivers at the Oslberg shop in Huntington Beach. A garage full of race ready 2012 Ford Fiesta’s were lined up one by one.
Best Buy Racing will return to the Global RallyCross Championship in 2012 with a two car team partnering with Olsbergs Motor Sport Evolution (OMSE) for an all out assault to bring the GRC title and X Games 18 Gold back to Minneapolis.
