2011 John Force Holiday Car Show

The legendary 15-time NHRA Funny Car world champion John Force welcomed all of Southern California to his 14th annual Holiday Car Show at the John Force Racing headquarters and museum in Yorba Linda, California. The event benefited California Highway Patrol’s CHiPs for Kids toy drive. The car show was open to all sports cars, street rods, classics, trucks, muscle cars, and exotics.

2011 Saddleback Mustang Stampede

The Saddleback Mustang Association held its 14th Annual Saddleback Mustang Stampede at Santa Margarita Ford. It was also the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks and a sense of American pride was shared by all. There were several American flags being displayed throughout the Mustang Stampede car show and a very respectful moment of silence was held to honor those who lost their lives.

When most people think of air bag suspensions, they think of lowriders and bouncing cars right? Well I’m here to tell you the game is changing. I had the opportunity to sit in on an install of a Ford Mustang Performance Air Suspension Kit made by the Air Lift Company. After reading up on the company and talking to the guys at the shop I have a new found respect for the versatility of an air suspension.

Ever wonder how they ship custom cars around the world? Hillbank Motorsports received a shipment of Cobras that was delivered in a large container. The container arrives fresh from the factory in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, where all of our Superformance and Shelby vehicles are manufactured. Once at the shop and we have the arduous task of carefully unloading these precious vehicles, below we have photos of the unloading process.
