2012 ROUSH Stage 3 Premier Edition

Automotive performance and racing legend Jack Roush today unveiled the 2012 ROUSH Stage 3 Premier Edition Ford Mustang at the Sherwin-Williams Automotive booth at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) annual meeting in Las Vegas.

Roush was joined by NASCAR Sprint Cup series and Roush Fenway Racing team driver David Ragan as together they uncovered the dazzling orange ‘Mat It Mango’ 2012 Mustang, which also featured highlighted, painted graphics in its exclusive ‘Sin City Silver’ and ‘Performance Pearl’ colors.

“Project Last Ride” a tribute to Joe Gosinski

A 2011 Mustang 5.0 was chosen as the Mustang of choice for a tribute car that’s being built in memory of Joe Gosinski of Chicane Sport Tuning. Joe was found murdered on December 23, 2010 in his shop and, in his memory, Sal Valdez a former customer and Matt Bernal a former employee joined together to create this custom Mustang to bring exposure to the tragedy, possibly find the killer, and keep Joe’s memory alive.

Gateway Classic Mustang teamed up with the Steve McQueen estate to design and build the car in honor of the legendary Hollywood actor and racing enthusiast.

Ford has definitely gotten this pony car right with power, handling and just down right mean looks.
