(Irvine, CA) – Jared Chavez of Hillbank Motorsports invited CoolFords to their first ever open house at their Irvine location. It was held in conjunction with Cars and Coffee in the early part of the morning where Hillbank had a good representation of their excellent replicas.
Hillbank is pretty big, or at least big enough to have its show room as a museum with fine cars. As I recall, I counted 15 Cobra kit cars, 2 GT40s and an entire row of S197 Mustangs. There were a small handful of Cobra kits sitting on the racks waiting to be assembled with wheels, motors and transmission. They’ll let you rent out the garage to throw a party in there too. Hillbank sell kit cars, performance parts and accessories.
They have a Master Distribution deal with the lead aftermarket parts manufacturers which means, they can give you the best damn prices directly from the source. They cut out the middle man saving their customers big bucks. They are loyal distributors of Roush, Shelby, TruFiber, Ford Racing and Whiteline.
Jared introduced me to the Whiteline suspension parts brand and that their stuff is awesome. Their sway bars and end links are heavy, but thick and solid. Whiteline is well known in the land-down-under aka Australia and starting to break into the US Market. Whiteline is a supplier for Saleen parts. So, why pay more for Saleen parts when you can get the Whiteline label?
