(Detroit Lakes, MN) – The Detriot Lakes Cruise Night is a yearly event hosted by various car clubs form around the State. This year I did manage to see a couple vehicles from California and Arizona. I recently just started going to these types of events as my time allows, and I haven’t been disappointed once!
If you are in the area, around July 12th, come on out and see some excellent rides! The best part, there is NO admission fee of any kind, so just find a parking spot, back into it, open the hood and watch as people drool over your Cool Ford!
This Album contains somewhere around 150-160 pictures of various cars and trucks at this years event. All sorts of cool and stylin’ rides and quite the variety including some rare cars, to awesome choptops and original style lowriders, to rides all the way back to the teens and 1920’s! Be sure to check them out! TONS of cool cars to be seen!
Plenty of very well done Fords and Mercurys as well spread throughout the album. Some of the nicer ones I viewed included a beautiful 51 Merc, and a 58 Ford 2 door Chop-top, complete with dripping wet blue metallic flake paint, as well as some 1920’s era Ford Rat rods.
Also viewed and heard a fabulous sounding Torino GT; nothing like some real american muscle! On the way out, I also happened to spot a Saleen S281 complete with flawless interior, and a mirror like paint-job.
