California’s last car show of the year took place today in Southern California. The Beach Cities Mustang Club hosts the 12th Annual South Bay Showdown Mustang & Ford Car show at South Bay Ford on Sunday, Dec 15, 2013.
The Mustangs at the Queen Mary is a long running annual event produced by the Beach Cities Mustang Club. It is California’s largest Mustang show, featuring over 400 of the best Mustangs & Fords that the West Coast has to offer.
At the Ford EcoBoost Challenge you can compare the Fusion to the Camry, Escape to a CRV, or go all out on a timed track with a Focus ST and the new Fiesta ST. If you’d rather relax you can also test your hand out at hypermiling in a C-Max Engergi.
The Classic at Pismo Beach Car Show is in its 28th year and has continued to grow strong since the early 80’s. The show is located in the beautiful downtown of Pismo Beach and on the pier. Each year Just Cruzin’ Productions continues the tradition of one of the largest car shows in California.
The Fabulous Fords Forever, currently in its 28th year, is one of the largest one-day car shows in America. Presented by Ford Motor Company and the Ford Car Club Council comprised of 44 member clubs. Over 2,000 vehicles at the show, including over 1,100 Ford Mustangs.
While at the 2013 Fabulous Fords Forever car show near Knott’s Berry Farm I came across an eye catching orange Mustang. If you recall, Steve Saleen recently announced a new bread of high performance pony cars called the Mustang 351 Black Label edition. The first prototype version #01 is given a very special coat of paint.
The 4th annual TRUFIBER customer appreciation day was a hit. Several custom tuned and performance Ford Mustangs sporting fiberglass & carbon fiber aerodynamic parts gathered at the headquarters of TRUFIBER. Light weight and aggressive looking carbon fiber products like hoods, spoilers, side mirrors were on display in many different styles.
